Not all pipe fabricators are equal!

To answer the question, “Why Dixie?”, not all answers involve equipment, shop size, number of overhead cranes or spools per month…standard questions present on most “Prequalification” questionnaires. The reasons that Dixie Mechanical has a faithful customer base are multiple and personal.

People who know us, stay with us!

From our inception in 2002, Dixie has consistently attracted Fortune 500 customers, the vast majority remain Dixie customers today. Whether the service provided is fabrication or mechanical construction, a review of our work history will reveal that many customers have maintained a 10,15 or even a 20 year history of trusting Dixie Mechanical with their project requirements.

Trust matters and our customers trust us!

One of the major reasons that we have so many repeat customers is the simple fact that our customers trust us. Our customers have discovered over the years that Dixie delivers on schedule and in accordance with their project specifications and requirements.

We communicate with our customers

From the time we are provided an opportunity to quote your project requirements, we perform the most thorough review of your RFQ. Our estimators ask questions, and our project managers provide constant communication, ensuring there are no misunderstandings or surprises during the execution phase.

We work hard to understand your project goals and we deliver consistent results.

Dixie possesses the certifications.

We are a Charter Member of the Pipe Fabrication Institute (PFI), a holder of the ASME “S” & “U” Stamps, aswell as the National Board “R”. In addition, as a UA pipe fabrication shop and a provider of the “Yellow Label”, Dixie’s controlled settings afford higher productivity, improved efficiency and sustainability.
